As we approach the end of 2020, we want to ensure that it's a strong finish! Between growing your mind, expanding your knowledge, and taking action, you should be focused on reaching your goals and helping your clients! We have developed a recipe for an amazing 4th quarter!

1. Add spouses in your local spouse pages that you have things in common with.
2. Add 25 new friends each week.
3. Share something real estate related or share from team pages daily.
4. Keep a constantly full and updated Instagram and Facebook story. Show the realtor life!
5. Send personalized and meaningful Happy Birthday messages to your Facebook friends.
6. Send messages to friends and past clients asking if they know of anyone PCSing to the area and looking for housing help.
7. Respond to 20 stories daily with personalized messages.
8. Comment on 10 statuses daily.
9. Interact with spouses on spouse pages daily.
10. Send 10 messages daily interacting with people - not talking businesses.
11. Send 10 notecards weekly to SOI and Past Clients.
12. 1 random act of kindness and service each week.
13. TAG your team page and other team locations/pages in spouse pages as often as you can.
14. Audit your leads at least 2x per week.
15. FOLLOW UP.
16. Organize your pipeline by writing it out, keeping notes, etc.
17. Do not fall into the lead gen rollercoaster.
18. Be consistent.
19. Maintain a positive outlook on your life + career.
20. Time block your days, ask for help, lean on each other, support your coworkers.
