Interviews with The PCS Pros

Venturing into the world of real estate is an exciting choice full of unlimited opportunities! You're probably doing all your research and debating between being an independent agent or joining a team. We have asked some of our valuable PCS Pros five important questions about their journey into the world of real estate! 

The questions we asked were:

1. What made you join The PCS Pro Team?

2. Why did you join a team instead of being an independent agent?

3. What’s your favorite thing about being on a team?

4. How has your life changed since joining our team?

5. What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone debating between joining a team and being an independent agent?

In response to question number one, Renee said, "I joined because I wasn’t able to find a way to serve the military community better any other way. The mission aligned with what I had envisioned but couldn’t do on my own!" Kiki wrote, "I joined the team because I was searching for a place where I felt like I belonged. I started off as an independent agent in a brokerage where I didn't feel welcome."

When asked question number two, Jenn said, "I love the support that comes with being on a team, we all help one another and feed off of each other’s thought and ideas." Taylor's answer was, "I felt like joining a team would get me farther in my real estate career. I don’t think I would be successful as an independent agent without other people to lean on."

For question number three, Kimberly wrote, "The support! Whether it be work-related or personal, having endless and unlimited support is the best part of this team for me. There is always someone willing to lend an ear or a hand to help." Brittany said, "Knowing that we are all going through the same thing and have each other’s backs, training, leadership, sisterhood."

When asked about question four, Jeanina wrote, "I have confidence doing my job knowing that I have a whole group of wonderful ladies behind me. As a new agent I don't know everything there is to know about real estate, but I have the confidence to represent my clients knowing that I can ask any one of 50+ women in my network and they will help without hesitation and that kind of support is life changing." Linda said, "My life has changed since joining the team by just being inspired and challenged every day! Being surrounded by like minded people and having people to lift you up on hard days! My outlook on life & business is positive and has improved immensely!"

Last but not least, when asked question number five, Melissa said, "Think long term, do your research on the pros and cons. This team speaks for itself, however!" Paige answered, "A piece of advice is to know the difference. Know that being on this team means you’ll have a flow of support, and a group of top producers to constantly lean on. You’ll be able to pick the brains of women who have unheard of success within the first year of real estate & run with the best. What do you get with being an independent agent?"
