When buying or selling your home, it is important to find the right realtor! Finding the right one can make the home buying or selling process much smoother and less stressful. They should have your best interests in mind and work to get you what you want and need.

3. Have access to available properties and not constricted to sites like Zillow and Trulia. 

4. Schedule on your behalf, to tour properties on days and times that work for you. 

5. Be able to navigate legal contracts to ensure you're being taken care of and not taken advantage of when purchasing or selling a home. 

6. Not collect commissions from you. That's already negotiated with the seller's agent and seller. There are no out oof pocket costs to hire a professional. 

7. Stay aware of local and federal laws that are ever changing.

8. Help you negotiate the best price and best terms so that you aren't overpaying for a home.
